The agreement between you and this independent resident app.
By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult resident of the Meridiana community and that the address you provide is accurate.
Accounts and verification. Membership is limited to verified residents. Providing false information may result in rejection or suspension. Admins may request additional information or require reverification at any time.
Your content. You keep ownership of what you post and grant this app permission to display it to other verified residents. All resident content is reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed.
Businesses and advertising. Business listings and advertisements are paid or voluntary submissions reviewed by admins. Listing does not imply endorsement. Advertising purchases are subject to the published product terms and are non-transferable.
Independence. This app is not affiliated with or managed by the Meridiana Community Association, the developer, any management company, or the Cities of Manvel or Iowa Colony.
Availability. The app is provided as-is, without warranty, and features may change or be unavailable at times.
