How your information — especially your address — is handled.
Your home address is private.
What we collect. Your name, email address and home address, plus anything you choose to post. The address is collected only to confirm that you live in Meridiana.
How your address is used. It is stored separately from your public profile and is visible only to administrators who hold the residency verification permission. Moderators do not have access to it. Your address never appears with your posts, comments, reviews, events, search results or notifications.
No resident directory. There is no way to browse residents, search residents, look up who lives at an address, or export resident information.
What neighbors see. A limited identity only — your first name and last initial, with a verified resident label.
Seasonal maps. Christmas light and garage sale locations appear on a map only when you deliberately submit and confirm that location yourself. Your registration address is never published automatically.
Content review. Submitted content, along with moderation decisions, is retained in an internal audit record.
Contact. Reach the app administrators using the contact email listed in the app to ask about your data.
